• Founded and launched the NusaTuna brand of tuna products in the U.S., Canada, and Australia, establishing a U.S.-based sales and logistics office.
• Directed construction and certification of three processing plants in Indonesia and Thailand, achieving BRC Food Safety, MSC Chain of Custody, and Sedex Four Pillar certification.
• Managed cross-functional teams spanning marketing, finance, production, and procurement.

• Oversaw end-to-end seafood production and supply chain operations from Asia to the U.S. market for Anova Foods, LLC.
• Directed a 60-member multinational team across Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, and Miami.
• Led sustainability and social responsibility programs, including FIPs, MSC certification, SMETA, HACCP, and Fair Trade Certified Fisheries.
• Managed financial forecasting, cost analysis, and logistics from vessel to U.S. delivery.

• Developed and implemented patented filtered wood smoke technology for seafood preservation (U.S. Patent 2,777,012). 
• Operated facilities across six countries, later acquired by the Anova Group.

• Established Southeast Asia’s first ISO 17025-accredited seafood testing laboratory.
• Partnered with the U.S. FDA to model U.S. import inspection protocols.
